Delivery Policy
Stock Items are usually shipped same day or within 24 hours of Order Confirmation.
Non stocked pre-manufactured items are usually shipped within 5- 6 business days.
We ship by the customer's requested level of service and quote delivery dates provided by the shippers, as we have no control over the package once it leaves our premises we are not responsible for delays in delivery by shippers or freight carriers due to weather or for any other reason and offer no refunds due to such a delay.

RETURN POLICY
If your product is defective, you may return it for a refund, or an immediate replacement, subject to manufacturer/publisher restrictions. Merchandise purchased may be returned within 14 days of purchase, for a refund less 15% restocking fee. After 14 days but less than 30 days merchandise may be returned for a store gift card.. Shipping fees are not refundable. Before returning any item, you must contact our returns department via email within thirty days of your invoice date for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Call 888-662-2356
Sales Tax
ST-JUDE.COM shall withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Pennsylvania. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state.
Disclaimer
Seller hereby expressly disclaims all warranties either expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This disclaimer by the seller in no way affects the terms of the manufacturer's warranty if any. Title to goods herein being purchased is retained by the seller until goods are paid for by the purchaser and at that time title passes to purchaser, upon receipt of goods. If goods herein being purchased are being purchased for purposes of export, purchaser must obtain from the Federal Government certain export documentation before shipping to a foreign country. In addition, manufacturers warranties for exported goods may vary or even be null and void. If you have any questions, please inquire. Any and all liability is only for the products purchased.
